Valentine’s drink for kids
I love a good frothy pink drink, and with Valentine’s Day coming up, I started whipping this up for my kids! It’s light, mildly sweet and has no artificial colors or sweeteners! Plus it contains vitamin C (always good this time of year for the immune system) and fiber, and a healthy dose of kid-friendly prebiotics & probiotics!

I re-use my cups so they even think I ordered this drink up special, when I really just made it in the kitchen! 😉

Healthy pink(er) drink for kids
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 cup of frozen organic strawberries
1 cup of ice

Mix the almond or coconut milk in a blender with the strawberries, MightyPro and crushed Super C tablet. Blend on pulse for a few seconds to mix throughly. Pour over ice and serve!

Voila! Happy kids!
Voila! Happy healthy kiddos!

My transformation

My entire life I was looking for a purpose, a reason to get up each morning & take care of myself and my family… so I could go out and then change the world!

And I found that with Young Living! I have continued to improve my health, watched our family grow, then be able to add two children through foster care. As we continue to pursue worthy goals of healthy homes & mentally peaceful families, we invite you to join us in the journey!
