I love a good frothy pink drink, and with Valentine’s Day coming up, I started whipping this up for my kids! It’s light, mildly sweet and has no artificial colors or sweeteners! Plus it contains vitamin C (always good this time of year for the immune system) and fiber, and a healthy dose of kid-friendly prebiotics & probiotics!
I re-use my cups so they even think I ordered this drink up special, when I really just made it in the kitchen! 😉

Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 cup of frozen organic strawberries
1 packet of MightyPro children’s probiotic
1 crushed Super C (vitamin C) Chewable tablet
1 cup of ice
Mix the almond or coconut milk in a blender with the strawberries, MightyPro and crushed Super C tablet. Blend on pulse for a few seconds to mix throughly. Pour over ice and serve!

Voila! Happy healthy kiddos!
