What I do when we feel sick
I’ve been requested to put together some of my personal tips and suggestions for when our family feels unwell or needs to “double down” on wellness to stay on top of things, so I decided to just make them into blog posts to share for all.

First up is what we do here in our home if we feel like we are “starting” to be unwell. I made a quick 2 min video on my top tips to help keep it from escalating.


Possibly one of my favorites of all of these tips is my BioMat, which I jokingly call a “magical device” because it helps our whole family, and we’ve loved it so much we actually sell them now! (You can find out more on our BioMat website or just ask me to chat about them.)

If you are looking for a slightly more affordable way to heat things up, you can’t go wrong with a mug of hot lemon water, or even hot water flavored with lemon vitality! It can work wonders to help warm up the body, plus cut through the mucus likely starting to slow down your lymphatic system.

Next week I plan to tackle the next steps we take if things keep progressing, which includes drinking more Ningxia Red than we average daily, to help support the body well.
