Winterizing wellness with Golden Touch oils (Young Living essential oils)

Winter is almost here, so now is a great time to ensure winter wellness Well, it feels like winter is already here! We are getting snow right now, and the temperature has dropped enough to need the furnace on all the time. So I guess sharing about our favorite winter kit didn’t come too soon.

The golden touch kit from Young Living is a great way to keep your family’s basic health running strong.

Last week I covered the topical oils from the Golden Touch 1 kit, this week let’s chat about the vitality oils, which are all blends of essential oils labeled for supplemental (internal) use. This doesn’t mean you HAVE to ingest them, but it is an option to consider. I actually pop roller tops on these bottles too, because the kit is one we use for our whole family, including the kids.

DiGize® Vitality is what my kids’ love to call the “stinky” oil! It definitely has an earthy scent. It contains a blend of herbal oils that assist the digestive system. Think post-thanksgiving dinner or any time someone sneaks your kid a snack with sugar or food dye. Think use this daily to keep the entire digestive system working in the right direction! It’s also super important since we know so much of our immune health is tied to the body’s digestion. A couple drop under the tongue is powerful stuff, but you can roll over the stomach area if you don’t like the taste.

EndoFlex™ Vitality is a must-have for the time change, because it is blended to support the endocrine system. Essential for energy, hormone regulation and thyroid support, this is one blend we will apply 3 times a day for keeping us all going! We like to add a drop to our Ningxia Red, or apply over the throat.

JuvaFlex™ Vitality is sometimes overlooked but this blue blend is a powerhouse (and this kit is a really great deal because it is in it)! This is a great starter oil for helping your liver keep healthy. I highly suggest cracking open your reference or usage guide and looking up each oil to see what an incredible blend this really is! You can take in capsules, or apply on your right side, below the rib cage.

Thieves® Vitality is your immune system’s BFF! I sometimes forget not everyone understands how important Thieves is… so here’s your reminder! Use it daily! Put a couple drops in your tea. Stick one on your tongue (diluted!) and roll around in your mouth. Use with coconut oil for oil pulling. Roll on your feet. Roll down your spine. Just USE this oil!
