I almost didn’t make this post… I had a disaster of a morning yesterday- technical difficulties, disobedient children, and I suddenly realized I had no business sharing how to work on mindset and mental health if I was going to just give up after a few hours of frustration!

So I gave my kids (and myself some grace), slapped on some Believe essential oil blend, and willed YouTube to work for me! And here we are. Life isn’t perfect, and oils aren’t magical, but the thing that really saved me yesterday was realizing I had power over the thoughts I was having about what was going on around me… that I could either milk it and complain, or I could focus on the things I *could* control and move forward in these areas. I found the truth in the moment, and shifted to making a difference, instead of complaining! 

I’ve made a lot of progress in the last couple of years just on my mindset and taking accountability for my actions. You can listen to my focus for this year in the video below.
