This morning I woke up to the most wonderful scent in our home- my husband, Sam, had made a batch of Banana Oat bars before he left for work! Yummy!
People are always asking us to share our recipes, as we modify things to be healthier or allergen free, so this motivated me to ask him to write it down so I can share (and also now make them myself)!

Banana oat bars are gluten-free, egg-free, low sugar and nutrient dense, plus tasty! We use these as an alternative to breakfast bars or granola.

Let cool for an hour (if you can) then cut & enjoy!
*We like the Enjoy Life brand as they don’t contain any major allergens.
We like to use smaller Pyrex containers so we can save a pan for later. But with kids that doesn’t always happen!
What does your family enjoy for breakfast these days?
Stay safe & well! ~Naomi
