Focus roller for foster kid support

I decided to add some tips I have for foster parents. We’ve only been foster parents for about a year, but we have used oils for almost a decade! If I can help even one family, it is worth sharing what I know!

Our toddler placement has a lot of trauma he is working through, and this roller and routine has helped ground him in our love & security.

Feel free to share with foster &/or adoption families you know who may want to add the power of oils to their trauma informed routines.

Stay safe & well!
