This past week has been a busy one for our family. We had birthdays, parties, outings & several hiking trips. Yet, as the week ended, I found myself frustrated and a little dark cloud was hovering over my cartoon head. Haha. So I took some space today and did a few things to help lift that mood… and thought I would share!

My last health focus for this year is encouraging my body to release toxins. Cutting the crap has always been a focus for me because I have a genetic variation that essentially makes my body incapable of detoxing like the average person.

I love the Olympics. I grew up in a homeschooled family, and one luxury we didn’t have in the early years was a television, so my family would actually rent a tv for two weeks to watch the Olympics when they were on!
